I think the word is “shujin”. I assume so because when “ko” is at the end, it usually refers to females. Meh. Darling shujinko-san tho. (I wonder if the author quickly started Chapter 3 just so he/she can draw the movie scene. Now we wait again)
Hm. That was what I got and I would have thought it’d give me a feminine variation if I used ‘heroine’ rather than simply ‘protagonist’. I dunno tho...
