Port Entropy (Album) by Shugo Tokumaru (the only album I know of theirs and I haven't translated it, but it's (mostly) playful and gentle in a way I think Teddy might like?)
In the Wind (Album) by Million Eyes (somewhat classical in sound, largely piano and string. Some playful, some calm, relatively peaceful all around. From what I can track down they're a private/ghost musician, the album was released prior to AI music being popular/available to mass produce, so it's not ai (or at least the older pieces aren't))
Lamp Genso (Album) by Lamp (I haven't listened to the full album and just a few random songs of theirs, but it's another japanese album and their music is very lighthearted. I also haven't translated the lyrics though nothing stood out as being overwhelming or sudden)
I don't know if I got Teddy's music taste right? I think fluff will like Cosmo Sheldrake as a musician at least, as far as I know none of his music has romance and much of it involves nature, unique perspectives, and a level of whimsy you don't find too often. I hope maybe it'll help with the thunderstorms too?

honesly im surpized u got this many succeses bc idk wht teddys music tste is. las time we sat down w teddy to find music they likd we endd up listning 2 th my littl pony rainbowrocks albm but specificly in brazilian portuguese (we dnt speak portuges) and wen spotify aoutoplayed a polish versin of on of th songs frm the same album teddy dint like it. so. idk wht that tells u abt wht teddy likes
