After yesterday's bench shenanigans it occurred to me why Rick is so pleased with WSH. When you have a feral intense and hockey obsessed son who has hard time making friends and a cut above all others which makes him frankly standing at the top alone its quite isolating. Not to mention the frequent moves between one hockey school to other. WSH is a blessing. He is in for the Mack person not player ( though player was the initial interest but they are well past that now).

He puts up with Mack tantrums, his need for attention, his brattiness , his obsessive tendencies and his constant need for Will, all in good humour. Also proved to be loyal to a fault and very protective to what they have. And is privately as obsessed with Mack as Mack is of him.

If were a parent with a high achieving son I would also sing praises of WSH.
