I’m having a less than good night, but I asked my carer for peppermint tea and the world didn’t end. It may not seem like much, but it’s progress for me.
#The first time my ex hit me was as a response to me asking for help to use the bathroom overnight#About three hours after telling me clearly that if I needed the bathroom overnight I should just ask and they’d help me#Looking back the whole situation was probably planned by them#But it makes asking for help overnight especially difficult#So this is progress
