Luuk is probably so close to abandoning all and just follow Rover wherever she goes and be by her side in everything. Also tbf, he is like the perfect all in one partner: disguise to infiltrate, doctor if any health concerns, executioner, knows rover enough that he can support her mental health calmly and efficiently, cooks for rover etc.❤️
The only thing stopping him is probably her original order of staying in Lahai-Roi and take care of things there. Until that order have been revoked and a new order to stay with her has been made, he has to stay put😞
