Are amir's organs so alive in there? If so, how? If not, why aren't they rotting and how is his soul (?) inside bye?

I've been watching playthroughs of poppy playtime and it's giving so(u)l.

They are alive! They’re kept alive by being, well, alive. It’s a closed nervous system fed by nutrients that are injected directly into the tissues. Those organs *are* Amir. That’s his brain!

I’m happy to report that I got my fiancé to read So(u)l and Bethroned like a week or two ago and he loves them too and we talk about them in daily life and we’re both so excited to see them hopefully published and on our bookshelf one day! Obviously no rush with that, take all the time you need and I hope it stays a fun project for you and you continue doing fun Minecraft and other stuff too!

How are things? Able to give us an update on the books?

Things are great!! No news unfortunately on them. Theres been lots of edits and upgrades to both, and Bethroned is almost done being written, but it is ROUGH out there to get published. Im honestly thinking bethroned may be a better choice to try and get out there first- since its a bit more.. "mainstream" if that makes sense?? Other than that im IN LOVE with two lovelies and my work has become so busy that its been really hard to try and squeeze in any personal work, at least stuff I think yall would be interested in seeing!

BUBBY!!! Suuuuuuuuuuuper belated Halloween ask.... But, how do you think your OCs would handle handing out treats? (I meant to ask for both Bethroned and So(u)l ).

OOOO VERY CUTE ASK!!!

Dahmia: would leave the bowl outside the door with a ‘take one’ sign

Arche: would turn all the lights off and put up a sign that says ‘NO HALLOWEEN’ to make sure nobody knocks

Elio: would sit on the porch in a costume and pretend to be a decoration so he can pop up and scare kids before giving them candy

June: would stand at the door and give kids fistfuls of candy and run out way too soon, then start just. Giving them snacks from his pantry. June you can’t do that.

Hello: would not be able to just stay at home, hello is roaming the entire street basically doing cartwheels in the road doing tricks and handing out candy. Hello you can’t do that it’s the road it’s dangerous

Goodbye: would sit on the couch watching a Halloween movie and extending his arm to hand out candy the second a child knocks then immediately shutting the door again

If you were June during So(u)l, which one of the likely many different decisions you'd make would change the story the most?

I’d be a lot more open and honest about my feelings, and I’d PUT MYSELF IN A LOT LESS DANGER

If the main casts of Bethroned and So(u)l met, which characters would get along best and which would get along worst?

OoooOooOoh I LOVE questions like these!!

I feel like both main casts wouldn’t get along very well, with hostility/wariness mostly coming from Bethroned’s side of the fence. Their story in general has a lot more.. betrayal, so they’re harder to make friends with than the So(u)l crew.

I think the two that would get along best are Hello and Elio, simply by virtue of them both being very positive people (and Hello being a robot, Elio still has to work on his human biases)

As for the worst, I think maybe.. Ough this is a toughie. I think Goodbye and Arche would be very wary of one another, but not necessarily the ‘worst’. I think the reason why they’d be at the bottom is that both of them think the other is a danger to their human (tm) and are being overly cautious.

June would find Dahmia to be quiet and cold, but June isn’t the type to hold a grudge when he doesn’t mesh with someone. Moreso the type to keep the offer of friendship open if the other party is interested later on (while Hello would likely get FAR too close and too touchy with Dahmia, which would incite some princely protective showboating to a very confused mascot who just wants to make friends)

Dahmia would find June to be.. annoyingly relaxed and laid back. She’d be irritated by the way he goes through life with a mostly “yeah sure” attitude, seeing as she isn’t able to have seen what he’s like when he IS under pressure. She’d mostly just think he’s too chill and that’s grating hsdhsds

Arche would find Hello to be .. *way* too much. Reminds him of his brother when they were younger but dialed up to 11. He’s got a headache after a minute of talking to him.

Elio would be wary of Goodbye. He knows when someone has a look in their eye that they’ve hurt someone before and don’t regret it. He’d recognize that same energy that’s inside of him too. Someone to be cautious of.

Hello would think Arche is a grumpy guy that needs a bit of Sunshine in his life (unaware that he has entirely too much already)

Goodbye would look at Elio and see past his facade. They’d both be on edge abt that.
