my favorite video game is the somewhat niche action rpg where the female lead is a girl (who is voiced by eden riegel in the english dub) with mysterious healing abilities who has a sibling-like relationship with a long-haired swordsman who is a lone wolf who has a homoerotic rivalry with a blonde guy. the game's later narrative focuses on an ancient technologically advanced civilization of a pointy-eared humanoid species whose creations became so advanced to the point where they actually became a danger to the world and are the subject of a conflict spanning the entire world. of which the advanced civilization decides to disconnect from the rest of the world afterwards and shield itself with a barrier that is nearly impossible to enter into, also deciding to rid of their inventions while they're at it. also the soundtrack was composed by motoi sakuraba and the battle themes are astoundingly good. wait what do you mean there's two
