Does Karmic conviction follow the law of Sprite Inheritance™️ if so, can we have some examples of shared sprites?

Omg, what a fun question!! Of COURSE it does, Klaus and Constanze are both heavily influenced by the von Karma family so it's really fun thinking about how that would show :,) Constanze is a model von Karma of course, so she gets her equivalents of the already shared von Karma family sprites. I like the idea of her having a bow that's kinda halfway between Edgeworth's and Franziska's curtsy hehe

And of course, Klaus and Constanze are siblings, so there's a lot of parallels between the two of them as well! I think I mentioned this somewhere before, but the most obvious thing they share is that both of them will appear around crime scenes in silly places looking for clues, and afterwards, they both have a patting-themselves-down-and-adjusting-their-cravat sprite :)

I imagine Klaus flipping through his sketchbook looks similar to how Constanze flips through her ring binder too! I also definitely would want Klaus to pick up something from Athena after spending a bit of time with her, since he looks up to her so much. This is my top choice for that

Klaus is best weird german boy. But how does that interact with Klavier. Who is best German Boy (its klaus, its definitly klaus)

I think that Klaus definitely comes out on top of the German boy bracket by virtue of being both more German and more boy. Klavier has too many genders going on to be peak German boy performance

Honestly the long and short of it is a lot of pinterest LMAO. I definitely started there at least, I don't use it as much nowadays, but it's really helpful to have somewhere where you can just collect a big bank of photos

I also just look at shopping sites a lot! I shamelessly use wishlist funtions as inspiration boards lol. If you can find online stores that sell the sorts of clothes you like, looking at the ways they style their models can get you far 👍 I tend to be looking at K fashion sites bc my personal tastes lean that way

Have you thought about making sprite lists or sprite references for the characters that appear in Karmic Comviction

I sure have thought about it! I think that would be so fun to do in concept, the only thing is that in practice it's a hell of a lot of work lol. If I had the time patience and dedication I would draw out every one of Klaus and Constanze's sprites (and Fran's in her new design... that would be fun too) but unfortunately... I simply do not have any of those three things. I can dream though

your aa7 ideas are so fun!! not sure if anyone has asked, but have you considered klaus and trucys possible dynamic? bc from what you’ve posted i think their potential interactions would be so fun lol. as if athena and trucy weren’t bad enough by themselves, here’s a third equally energetic kid to add to the dynamic. pure chaos, i love it. :)

Omg I know I talked about it once fuckin. Buried in my tag somewhere but YES Trucy and Klaus are the bestest of friends. She's delighted to have him at the anything agency because gosh, it's basically turning into a law office at this point, they were really starting to fall behind in the "anything" department :/ He also 100% takes her seriously as the CEO and calls her "boss" and everything. She's a very bad influence who encourages him to break the law even more than Athena does and he's like yes boss right away boss :D

Woohoo! It was actually always public I just didn’t have the link listed anywhere lmao Anyway, here it is! I keep track of (almost) all the asks I answer here, so feel free to check it out if there’s anything you’re curious about. Now nobody has to crawl through the whole tag again. Including me.
