Tbh it’s really interesting to see how the main 6 from tmi have grown and changed in the time we have seen them from the end of tmi to their presence now in SOBT and like the many other companion books over the years- like in the recent SOBT clary having many suspicions about Manuel’s intentions but Alec cautiously giving him the benefit of the doubt. Like it just shows a lot about where they are at now and shows how much they changed from the begging of the series like city of bones.
i stg if there’s not at least one mention of alec being consul in sobth then what’s the point?
