- Brill, unlike the rest of the Soc boys, isn’t a huge fan of all the roughhousing they always do. He likes physical affection but he’d rather not be punched in the arm or hit on the shoulder/chest

- Brill loves Bev. He l o v e s her. Even though he loves her, he is much more empathetic than her, so sometimes her coldness confuses him. He acts cold to greaser & such but Bev sees how warm he is. I guess opposites attract in their case.

- BRILL TELLS THE CORNIEST JOKES. He’ll tell a joke & everyone genuinely just stares at him for a solid thirty seconds before continuing their conversation EXCEPT MARCIA. My girl Marcia will laugh at every stupid joke he tells

- Brill & Marcia are besties I don’t want to hear otherwise… I think the green united them or something. Like, they met when they were LITTLE and they were both wearing green and just decided they liked one another cause GREEN IS AWESOME

- Since Brill’s full name is Clark Brillstein Marcia will call him Clarcia as a funny nickname 😭 Mar & Clar is their duo name I think…

- idk why this is turning into me talking about Brill & Marcia…

- Back to Brill. TRIGGER WARNING FOR THIS NEXT ONE & FOR THE NEXT FEW Brill had an older sister who died when he was ten. She was 17. She stole their dad’s car in the middle of the night and crashed it into a tree. She left a note. It only had Brill’s name on it. Her parents hated her cause they thought she was sullying their name cause she had a bunch of Greaser friends and was outspoken and yeah.

- This obviously stuck with Brill and continues to deeply affect him. Especially since after the funeral, his parents never spoke of Andrea (Annie) again

- So when Brill heard of Dally’s suicide it really affected him and he felt responsible for it since he was there when Bob died thus Johnny & Pony running etc.

- It got so bad he wrote a note to Marcia and left it in her mailbox. She reached him before he did anything significant and saved his life.

- she then barely left his side for a solid week (snuck into his house every single night and slept beside him. Okay she didn’t sleep though cause she wanted to make sure he didn’t leave and he didn’t sleep cause he couldn’t 💔)

- okay how did i end back up at Mar & Clar?

- He once looked at Chet when they were like, 13 and was like, “dang, I wish he were a girl” and never addressed it again (he is not straight but he doesn’t want to get into it cause… Tulsa 1967 & he loves Bev so it confuses him)

- Green is his favorite color because he loves grass but he’s allergic to it so he wears green to cope 😭💀

- I feel like this kid doesn’t actually play football, he’s more of a baseball kinda guy, but one of the others convinced someone to give him a jacket so everyone just assumes he’s on the football team…
