something that really annoys me about this website sometimes is parent hating for rules restrictions and stuff
everyone on here says/acts like they'd be cool with their kids going off and having sex, getting drunk, doing drugs and stuff because they need to 'experiment' or they're kids and they'll need to learn, or it's none of their business since it's nobody else's business.
But thing is. A child is your legal, emotional, and economic responsibility.
And I hope that people's attitudes change when they have kids. Because you know, STDs , drugs, alcohol, they kill.
The thing is some of that freedom, sex, drinking, stuff like that is for when you're older, when your judgement isn't so impaired and it's a parents jobs to protect their child both legally and emotionally and people who lash out at their parents for trying to do that and protect their children from making mistakes that they'll regret, it really makes no sense, and I hope people can see this a little when they become parents or even older teenagers really.
