Prince Belle of the Kingdom of Somnus

@onyxonline throwing my hat into the ring :D (lemme know if anything needs to be edited for lore purposes ^^)

Belle Chime, the 21 year old prince of Somnus. He is the younger brother of the currently reigning king, Carillon Chime.

Having to live up to his brother's shining example, his parents sent him to attend Radiant Academy, which famously turns even the biggest of ambitions a reality through their top-notch schooling and teaching methods to stoke a student's competitive spirit. Unfortunately, Belle is less than enthused about this philosophy, and is content with simply fulfilling his role as his brother's advisor and backup king. That earns him quite a bit of ire from the more mean-spirited Radiant students.

His familiar is a lamb he named Oneiros, manifesting from his enchanted object, a wand shaped like a shepherd's staff, its gem hanging from its curved hook.

Belle is a very shy individual, preferring to support people from the background than be in the limelight. His air of comfort and guidance is almost like a shepherd's, leading his lambs and sheep back home. He's had narcolepsy since he was young, and while he does self-medicate with magic, some sleepiness remains, leaving him not able to be very alert.

Since the Radiance is in Pharloom for my Swapped Tribes AU, I figure Pale King died some other way, presumably running himself ragged and working with void, that he ended up dying on his way to talk to the Green Princes. Since his own kingdom is probably crumbling due to his faded presence, the princes decide to give him a memorial in Verdania. Encased in glass, he remains there to this day, perfectly preserved and surrounded by Pale Blooms.

Ability explanations:

-Cliff Scaling is just wall cling and climbing, though it also includes non-flat surfaces!!

-Flight if the Wyrm lets him flutter upwards for a few seconds, as well as gliding similar to drift cloak!!

-Pale Song is just needolin except he sings. He sings Pure Vessel’s theme,,,

-Grapple is like a parry, since he has six arms under that cloak, he can spare some hands to grapple or block opponents
