Day 5/30 No lunch today. Tuna fish on wheat for dinner. Great study session.
Day 4/30 had some oatmeal for breakfast and Raisin Bran for dinner. Didn't cave in to the soda urge
Day 3/30

Day 2/30 I had some tuna fish on wheat bread today and didn't give in to my soda craving. I kinda cheated and had some ice cream but ate mostly clean for the 2nd day in a row.
Day 1/30 I did it. An entire day without soda, I almost broke down and made an excuse to start tomorrow but I stayed strong. #Sodadiet
