Hi Friends and family! I started a new business and I am super excited about it. I work full time, finished my MBA and of course skied the limit with that but for now I wanted something I can do at home that wouldn't require me putting in extra OT, travelling because of promotion, and leaving the house evenings or weekends. I compromised enough in my life as a single mom and I just couldn't sacrifice any more time away from my children for the sake of a buck. So that is part of my why. My youngest daughter inspired the name of the business sofancyjewels.com. She is one of the most girliest girls you know, loves jewels, high heels, purses and makeup. Everytime I doll up she lifts me up with a "you so fancy!" Or a "you're on fire girl!". What she made me realize, is these girlie things lift you up, put a smile on your face, and build up confidence. You don't need it more then you need the Lord but it's okay to embrace the beauty within with a little glamour every now and then. Her beauty on the outside has no match for what's inside of her and that's what my goal is with this business is to inspire, encourage, and lift women up.
