4. Favorite movie soundtrack. Soundtracks are one of my favorite things. You can discover new music that way and it’s great when you have one that perfectly compliments the film. My favorite would have to be Moonrise Kingdom because not only did I love the music but it fit very well, and it’s just a personal favorite. I also really liked Due Date, Django Unchained and The Great Gatsby’s sountracks, though.
6. Top 5 performances of your favorite actor and actress. Al Pacino is my favorite actor, so here:
Scent of a Woman
Dog Day Afternoon
Scarface
Heat
The Godfather: Part II
11. Favorite quote(s). This is one I could go on and on with, honestly. I’ll put them under a read more at the bottom.
25. A movie you’ve seen that you think no one else’s here will have heard of? It’s hard being asked this on a website full of movie lovers. Beyond the Sea, maybe?
31. Favorite animated film. How to Train Your Dragon, hands down.
39. Biggest Oscar snub(s). Leonardo DiCaprio (The Departed and What’s Eating Gilbert Grape especially), Russell Crowe for A Beautiful Mind, Joaquin Phoenix for The Master
58. Favorite genres. Crime is my favorite, and I also like drama. To be more specific I like courtroom dramas and things with twist endings.

"This is your life and it’s ending one minute at a time"
"We don’t read and write poetry because it’s cute. We read and write poetry because we are members of the human race. And the human race is filled with passion. And medicine, law, business, engineering, these are noble pursuits and necessary to sustain life. But poetry, beauty, romance, love, these are what we stay alive for."
"The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn’t exist. And like that, poof. He’s gone."
"There was a time I could see. And I have seen. Boys like these, younger than these, their arms torn out, their legs ripped off. But there isn’t nothin’ like the sight of an amputated spirit. There is no prosthetic for that."
"Anything I wanted was a phone call away. Free cars. The keys to a dozen hideout flats all over the city. I bet twenty, thirty grand over a weekend and then I’d either blow the winnings in a week or go to the sharks to pay back the bookies. Didn’t matter. It didn’t mean anything. When I was broke, I’d go out and rob some more. We ran everything. We paid off cops. We paid off lawyers. We paid off judges. Everybody had their hands out. Everything was for the taking. And now it’s all over."
"I am a writer, a doctor, a nuclear physicist and a theoretical philosopher. But above all, I am a man, a hopelessly inquisitive man, just like you."
"This isn’t life! This is just stuff. And it’s become more important to you than living."
"Why do you have your father’s ashes in a coffee can?" "Because he’s dead, Peter.”
"Man, I see in fight club the strongest and smartest men who’ve ever lived. I see all this potential, and I see squandering. God damn it, an entire generation pumping gas, waiting tables; slaves with white collars. Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy shit we don’t need. We’re the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War’s a spiritual war… our Great Depression is our lives. We’ve all been raised on television to believe that one day we’d all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rockstars. But we won’t. And we’re slowly learning that fact. And we’re very, very pissed off."
"Get busy living, or get busy dying."
"I hope the roof flies off and I get sucked up into space. You’ll be better off without me."
"Then I saw it. I saw a mom who would die for her son; a man who would kill for his wife; a boy, angry and alone, laid out in front of him the bad path. I saw it and the path was a circle, round and round. So I changed it."
