There’s a new movie on Netflix called ‘Love Again’. It is based on a book and I’m 99% sure I read it in the last few months. My Libby and StoryGraph apps seem to think otherwise. I can find no proof that I have already consumed this book besides my terribly faulty memory. I’m wondering if maybe my library got new editions (the covers on Libby now have the movie actors on them) and for some reason it deleted my reading history. So weird.
I borrowed the audiobook (again?) to confirm that I’m not crazy and I’ve listened to it already. I deferred watching the movie until I do this. Instead I watched ‘Love in the Villa’… it’s not very good. It had potential, but in practice it was a bit of a flop. Was it the acting? The writing? The chemistry between the actors? Yeah, kind of all of them.
