If you want to make a steak tender and juicy with amazing flavor…then this recipe is for you.
First you will need to make some sofrito.
Ingredients you will need are:
1. Steaks of your choice.
2. Sofrito
3. Salt (sea salt is better if you have any)
Directions:
1. Cover both sides of your steak with Sofrito.
2. Cover your steaks and put them in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
