Silicone straws! 🌈 . #reusable #dishwashersafe #softandchewable ! I love straws. But as an able bodied individual (in this particular way at least) I do not need/rely on them. As I have the means and the choice, I have gotten myself some reusable ones so I can still have the enjoyment of a straw with a lesser environmental impact. HOWEVER, not everyone is able to use alternative options. I do not support the ban of plastic straws. Do not punish those with disabilities who may depend on plastic straws, do not make them justify their existence. Listen to disabled people when they tell you their needs. If you are capable of making the choice to use an alternative, do so! But also support your fellow humans whose needs may differ from yours! 💖
