Ingredients: 500g white fish fillets, cut into strips. 1 cup breadcrumbs. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 2 eggs, beaten. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. Vegetable oil, for frying.
Instructions: In a shallow dish, mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Set up a dredging station with three shallow dishes: one containing flour, one containing beaten eggs, and one containing breadcrumb mixture. Coat each fish strip in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry fish sticks in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden and crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot with tartar sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
