@starcallers4035 took me on my first outing yesterday since surgery. Eeee! 💙🤗 We did a little grocery shopping together. 😋🙃 It was so nice to get out of the house for a bit. Yesterday was sore, sleepy, and a little nauseous - and about a 4 on the pain scale. Manageable! My bits are bruised, swollen, and healing, and walking is getting easier and better each day. What was the day before a hunched back and slow, hobbling advances, yesterday and today are more upright and steadier steps. On the mend and on my way! I am so grateful and amazed with my body and its ability to heal, adapt and grow through all of this.
