Headcanons for Hiyori Hajima x Soji Enishiro 💕 part 1

- Every now and then Hiyori’s glasses would fall off her face and as she would frantically look for them Soji would see her glasses on the ground a pick it up to gently places it back on her face while smiling at her.

- Enshiro at an end of a mission with Hiyori he would end up hugging her doll with relief. She would get a bit jealous of it and come out from wherever she was hiding and come to hug him herself. And of course Enshiro would be overjoyed by this

- Enishiro would accidentally say “I love you master” to Hiyori. She would get flushed by this and Soji would look at her confused asking if she was okay

Personal headcancons for Miden Academy class 1-B part 1

- Kiyomi has a Kureha daily as her account name

- Hiyori is a Vtuber where her avatar is the Demni-Chan doll she uses.

- Emoto has a YouTube channel of him covering all his favourite songs on his guitar

- Hasumi has a whole photo album of each of his classmates and he has more than one of Katsubata

-Despite his channel “ Aoringo” being highly controversial Soji still had a dedicated fan base and since he started the academy people online are theorizing that he finally got jumped

- Katasuba hates seeing people post others fights online so one day he goes to one of its pages and sees a video of his past self getting into a fight

This is part 3 of the Eru Kusaba analysis post this is the last part.

Minor spoilers ahead.

This panels is all about the strength love gives you.

We see that Uoya and Kusaba parallel because love makes them both stronger.

Enishiro is impressed of course.

And Hajima has some conflicting feelings on the matter. Of course this is before she found out she fell in love with Enishiro too she sees Kusaba show her feelings all the time and gets actively stronger from it. I think she feels jealous on that fact.

For context he’s crying because one of his classmates was safe and he’s happy about it and here comes Kusabas bold self giving him a hug to comfort him.

Hajima comments how shes taking advantage to hug him while he’s crying.

If you remember during the fight with Kusaba and Kiyomi Kusaba talks about if she was the first one Katsubata while he was hurt or down than he would fall in love with her. So Kusabas ideology is to comfort someone you like so that they feel your always there for them even when their down and showing vulnerability.

So remember the hug scene I talked about that was between Enishiro and Hajima yeah this hug happened right before it. You see everyone who had enough battery in their phones was giving it to Enishiro so he can beat Sad boy K.

So now it was Kusabas turn and Enishiro already is at a good 83% so Kusaba only has to give him 17% of her battery so it shouldn’t take that long for them to hug. So shes presses her phone against his.

As she does that she talks about how scared and powerless she felt towards sad boy k. And she thought her feelings would make her strong.

Yeah she states at that moment she couldn’t do the thing that gives her a reason to live. And thats her being able to do anything for the person she loves.

Hiyori is in her chair reacting to this situation.

Then she tells Enishiro she won’t run away because she wants to be the perfect girl for him.

Now this part I didn’t like actually I hated it. You know how I said that Hiyoris love for Enishiro progresses her character well Kusabas love somehow regresses it.

She is doing the exact same thing she was called out for doing. She had no actual development in that regard. And I know in real life one single talk and fight won’t make you change over night I get that. But this is a story. And it feels as though all the things Kiyomi said to her was thrown out the window like it was nothing. Like what was even the point of that fight if nothing of actual value to her character was made. Even in real life you can still ponder the things being said to you. But once she “fell in-love” with him she never gave what Kiyomi said a second thought.

She just straight up confesses.

Obviously if you seen my last post then you know what happens next for Hajima so I won’t elaborate.

After she said that Enishiro seems to nervously back away saying he is already at 100% from her and Kiyomi tells her thats enough hugging.

Enishiros claims thats the first time anyone’s said that and that he isn’t really sure how to react. He’ll give her a response after the battle ends.

First off I wanna ask Kusaba what the end goal is for her relationship with Enishiro is. Do you actually want to date him and be his perfect girl? Or is this another chase for you? She seemed pretty genuine but I could be wrong. Okay let’s say Enishiro does fall for you will you still have interest in the guy? Or would have more interest if he rejects you and say has someone then will you still chase him or would you move on from it like you did with a bunch of other guys?

Like she could ask herself these questions and it easily make her and this relationship more interesting but alas she doesn’t she now just feels like a play device to get Hiyori to do things

Also I wanna point out the clear difference in reaction with Enshiro during both hug scenes.

When you see the hug between them she was the one initiated a full hug even though at first Enishiro was offering it. When she does actually hug him there is still some distance between them. And he is more light with the hug back. He was the one to pull away first.

When it came to Hiyoris hug it looked like they melted into the hug. Like he was the first one to wrap his arms around her and there was no distance between them. His face wasn’t in her hair but you can tell he was still nuzzled in it. And she is the one who was initially hesitant to wrap her arms around him as well. When she finally did get comfortable she rests her head on his shoulder as he leans closer. And she is the one to break off the hug.

This takes place right after the events of the Sad Boy K arc.

Kiyomi notices Kusaba stare at Enishiro awkwardly I think 🤔

She proceeds to ask if he ever gave her a response and he confirms and we see Hajimas doll perk up. But when Kiyomi asks him what he said he smiles and said it’s a secret.

Bro what in the world could he have said to her that makes it a secret.

You know if he did flat out reject her would have just said that but I don’t think that’s the case. So lets list a few theories I have for what he said.

1. He didn’t flat out reject her instead he said he wants to get to know her more before he can make a decision

This one is like a maybe 50/50 chance?

2. Him and her are actually dating

This one most likely didn’t happen considering literally everything but you never know

3. He said he likes someone else and she’s supporting him on it

Again this one is a pretty low chance because we he’s the main character and as the audience we often should know who the protagonist’s object of desire is but since we never saw the conversation between them so I cannot confirm nor deny.

Now if he were to have a crush it would either be Hiyori or some random girl from his past.

But whatever it was they seem to have a good relationship after the fact. And his smile here could mean anything.

Now usually I put these scenes in order but I forgot to. It works out for this section though!

This happens before the events of the previous panels.

So Kiyomi and Hiyori are hanging out in Hajima special dorm when they hear a knock and it’s no other than Kusaba.

It turns out she came here specifically for Hiyori.

Of course Kiyomi being the protective friend she is yells at Kusaba asking her what could she possibly want with Hiyori.

She states that she was the only person from her class to be chosen to go on this mission because her cyberknesis is so strong.

She really have one of the most powerful cyberknesis.

She wants to make Enishiro fall for her. Good luck with that.

Kiyomi is rightfully annoyed with her because like yeah one of there classmates were kidnapped so why the is she telling her shes trying to seduce one of her classmates.

Kusaba said that if she’s there to support Enishiro through the process he might look in her direction.

She says she knows that Hiyori likes him too and that she won’t lose to her. Of course Hiyori denies it.

Kiyomi is overly supportive saying as far as Hiyori needs to make Soji hers!

There are two apparent reasons why Kiyomi supports her crush on Enishiro it’s not only because she wants Kusaba to back down for once but she believes it could be good for her. Even though she think Enishiro is a numbskull in Kiyomi eyes she see the good he’s done for Hiyoris confidence.

Now I wanna talk about how Kusaba and Hiyori are total opposites.

I feel like Kusaba is everything Hiyori’s not.

Shes confident and she is not afraid to tell the people she likes how she feels and unlike Hiyori who isn’t able to immediately admit when she likes someone.

Even their designs are completely opposite. The black hair vs the pink hair also their body types and fashion senses are opposite. Like Hiyori doesn’t seem to care what she wears outside as long as it’s comfortable and Kusaba is always dressing to impress the men shes trying to seduce.

If we were to compare both scenes of them realizing they are in love with Enishiro we could easily which one is more genuine.

The way Hiyori realizes is because time and time again Enishiro would show respect and admiration for her. He would constantly notice her and compliment her whenever given the chance to. It’s a long process for her to realize that she loves someone who appreciates her presence to the fullest. And when he remembers her birthday and gives her a meaningful present it makes sense that after all he’s done for her she would fall for him.

Than you look at Kusaba realizing shes in love with Enishiro and it’s because he looks cool while fighting.

Also the way he reacts to them is also different i already explained one example during the hug scenes.

In general Enishiro and Hiyori have a more intimate relationship that benefits both of them and progresses Hiyori as a character

While Enishiro and Kusabas relationship is a boring relationship that only serves to give Hiyori the boost to make reveal her true feelings for Enishiro. This relationship benefits nobody but actually regresses Kusabas character into a plot device for their relationship thats the only reason the author kept her in the story.

Anyways thats my analysis of her character.

How do I feel about her character well I don’t hate her but I definitely don’t like her. I liked her from the beginning but now she’s nothing but a plot device.

This is part 2 from my last post about Eru Kusaba and the point of her character.

Minor spoilers in some of my descriptions.

Now continuing from my last post about this I mentioned that she was boy crazy. I also mention the way her powers work and for her powers to work she has to actively fall for the dude or the dude has to fall for her

Now we don’t know exactly how many guys she dated or have been with but this confirms she never really stayed with a guy for that long.

Also if you see some of the dudes of her “Little mine book” some of them do look significantly older than her. And since she doesn’t seem to have a specific type there was probably many instances where she went for older guys. So there is a possibility that she was groomed a few times. ( which is a sad thought when you think about it)

Im glad she never went all the way with these guys cause she like 15 and imo 15 year olds shouldn’t be doing that type of adult stuff.

So this is pretty much the first time she hits on Enishiro. And bro looks so confused. Typical shounen protagonist behaviour 😔

Owada is pissed off like he always is whenever she flirts with another guy. I also think that Owada feels entitled to their relationship because they did have something going on so him being jealous is him still mentally thinking they’re together when that’s not the case. Just because Owada had something going on with her he shouldn’t try to block her from flirting because they aren’t together. ( To me this is Owada only personality trait because he rarely shows up frequently in the manga)

And Kiyomi is confused as hell why she would go for Enishiro of all people. And she explains that Katasubata won’t give her the time of day and that Enishiro was impressive during the battle.

Emoto is pointing out she just turned Katsubata down and he’s relived. Bro he hated her what!

She said she wanted a fresh start on a new love to distract from that fact that one of her classmates died and she couldn’t do anything to help him.

But Enishiros stupid self doesn’t understand so he told her to try to drink some water for her light head.

Bro how did he not hear them say all of that. It is either that they were speaking super quietly and they were far enough or that Enishiro is stupider than I thought.

Kiyomi is a real one though she said you can’t get anything through his thick skull. It’s true you can’t I literally realized this when I was analyzing his relationship with Hiyori😭

Okay now we’re finally getting to the part that I really wanted to talk about. The love triangle between Kusaba, Hajima,and Enishiro.

So during this mission Enishiro teams up with Kusaba and Uoya from class 2-A

Kusaba is eager to protect Enishiro but he says thats the whole reason they’re on the same team. I should make a counter of Sojis obliviousness.

Hajima gets quickly jealous and tries to separate the two of them. Now like I said since Hiyori is more her self behind that doll this is the only time we are able to see her actively taking action on her jealousy.

Basically this Uoya guys whole power is that he dates dead accounts and then using them to fight for him. It also mentions he’s a huge flirt and a two timer.

She insults him for being like that but she regrets it saying she doesn’t really have the right to because she’s gone after many people before as we. But when it turns into love she loses interest. She doesn’t know what real love is so who is she to judge someone else’s live life.

She gets distracted by her flooding thoughts on the subject of love and Enishiro proceeds to protect her.

He says it’s okay if she got distracted because he doesn’t need her to protect him and he trusts her to watch his back because he can’t be held back when he’s fighting.

This makes here heart skip a beat.

This part confuses the hell out of me. Because the hell do you mean you know how he feels and than going back to when he was ragebaiting people online. What the hell does that have do with her I didn’t even know she knew about that.

Is she talking about him being passionate about fighting because maybe she is too idk.

Are you though? Like seriously.

She was thinking about a whole dilemma on how she doesn’t understand love and that she crushes a lot. That’s why to me it doesn’t make any sense

None of what was building up to makes sense and you know why because what did he even do that made you sure you fell in love with him. His fighting? His attitude? Do you relate to him?

Okay I understand you never need a huge life changing meaning for why you fell in love with someone but if we go back she said that it’s all about the chase for her and she’s serious about every guys she goes for so how is Enishiro any different? Yes shes valid for liking him and being attracted to him but her saying it’s true love makes it seem unrealistic and doesn’t make sense for the character she was building up to.

I genuinely thought instead of her falling in love with another guy she would instead maybe make some meaningful connections that weren’t based off attraction and would use that to realize what actually love looks like. And that still can be Enishiro but it would be nice for her to find the differences with her crushes and maybe potential friends.

Owada is defending Kusaba’s abilities saying all her romances make her incredibly strong. Even saying that can take someone else’s cyberknesis but she doesn’t have full understanding of it.

This is really important part because while at first I thought she can take someone else’s power but it turns out it’s mostly just the strength but she can be able to take someone cyberknesis.

This implies that she can maybe take the strength of the person she loves but I guess depending if and they are an exorcist she can maybe take thier cyberknesis.

When she had a crush on Katasubata then maybe she did gain his strength but not his cyberknesis.

This kinda proves my little rant from earlier it maybe she is in love with Enishiro but I still think she only still likes the idea of him more than his actual self. Because if people claim that shes been in love before then how do we know it’s true love? She was the one who said when the guy likes her back then it she gets bored.

Now I honestly want to be proven wrong so because nothing adds up.

Owada is still sad that the fact she falls in love so quickly but still thinks highly of her because of that.

( I can’t lie that move was cool as hell she is a great fighter and we should see more of her fighting huge enemies)
