@thehuntyhunties got me into using a site called Habitica as a method of self-monitoring any depressive/ADD/anxiety-esque symptoms, and it’s been remarkably helpful - I’m actually eating full meals now! And finishing homework! And sleeping before 1 am!
(I just. really wanna collect all the pets and I can’t DO that if I don’t do my daily self-care tasks, so)

Edit: *I’m also considering getting my first binder but- still in the research phase, since I’m very physically active and need to be able to exercise safely on they-days*
