To get an idea of the work we do, this video is a result of a Reuters interview at Rubiri Primary school where we installed 11 solar PCs to be used by 623 children. Drinking and washing water is collected from the roofs when it rains into large water tanks. None of the children had ever used a computer before, and only a few teachers had.
When we first connected the Internet to the solar computer lab I pointed the children to Google, which once again they had never heard of... And explained they could ask any question that came to mind.
Initially they typed in "plant", but I reminded them Google worked well with questions, so the two students sharing the computer (one controlling the mouse, the other the keyboard) conferred with each other and started typing, very slowly, one letter at a time...
i.....s...........m.......a.......r.......s................a.................d.....w.........a.......r........f......... ........p.....l......a.....n......e....t...
I was in awe, I barely knew what a dwarf planet was myself. This was their first question to Google.
