what fads/trends are you over? : : source — accepting

There's only one thing that really comes to mind, and it's not really a trend or fad, but not allowing people to explore darker/problematic themes. I think it's becoming more and more accepted nowadays, as I don't see as much bashing as there used to be. People are more cautious with tagging triggers, and making sure they're keeping their audience in mind with read mores and whatnot. Just... let people write what they want to write (so long as it's not legitimately illegal, obviously)? It's not hurting you in any way, and if it bothers you, block and move on. Not that hard to do.

he griped out, his leg had been broken but honestly he didn’t care he would of amputated it and kept fighting if Sanji didn’t get in his way. Now they’re both bed ridden and Sanji has the disadvantage of being the guy who doesn’t work on his fucking core and upper strength.

  So many years had gone by since she had left the Germa kingdom and had seen any of her children. She fought for them as much as she was able to but she could not condone Judge’s actions for robbing her children of their emotions and by extension their humanity. It was a regret that she had everyday in her hart that she couldn’t do more for her sons with only Sanji and Reiju being capable of experiencing empathy, but she was still thankful for what she was able to accomplish for at least them.   That is why when she had came across Sanji by pure chance in the market of the island she was on at the time the former queen was torn between rushing up to hug her son or leaving him in peace. She understood that the childhood he had wasn’t the best one and it made her instead watch him from a distance as he appeared to be looking over the different varieties of food that were here. Would her presence in Sanji’s life again cause unwanted memories to resurface? That was the thing she didn’t want to cause was unnecessary pain. However, her standing by and not doing anything at all was just as bad. It may be selfish on her part to do this but she had to be sure that Sanji was doing ok, carefully approaching the blonde man and tapping his shoulder a few times to get his attention.  “if you’re looking for good ingredients I know a spot here that is able to get fresh fruits like pineapples and mangos, those together make for a wonderful pineapple mango crumble.”

     “ Your gear’s on half backwards , ”

     She stares curiously at the other cadet . Connie Springer - Kaja remembered who he was from orientation as one of the teens who got grilled by Keith . She hadn’t exactly had the opportunity to bump into him until now , however .

     Though her expression is otherwise blank , her tone sounds unbothered . She sits just to the side of him , looking up from a journal she was writing in . She’d already been tested on her balance with the maneuver gear the day before , and seemed to just be observing the other cadets results to kill some time between training .

     “ Do you ... need a hand ? ” She tipped her head to the side , looking him up and down with a slight smile in the hopes that she wouldn’t come off as unfriendly as she looked .

music was a language, and dove spoke it fluently. they were studying abroad here in italy, and in between her school work and exploring, she would often sit out in a place with decent traffic and play guitar. confidence isn’t something dove has a lot of in most departments. but she KNOWS her music skills are as good as any idol out there.

no one was stopping and listening yet. though, seeing the male, dove would stop briefly to wave before returning to playing ‘don’t stop’, by red hot chili peppers. though most notably, there seemed to be something ... peeking out from behind her back.
