Assembly conditions of solar panels
The role of solar panels is to convert sunlight energy into electrical energy, and then output direct current to the battery. Solar panels are one of the most important components in solar power generation systems. Its conversion rate and service life are important factors that determine whether solar cells have use value.
Solar module design: According to the International Electrotechnical Commission GB/T9535-98 and IEC61215 standards, the battery chip is designed in accordance with the requirements of the GBT6495 standard. Connect 36 or 72 polysilicon solar cells in series to form 12V and 24V modules. The solar module can be used in various household photovoltaic systems, independent photovoltaic power stations and grid-connected photovoltaic power stations. Raw material characteristics Cells: High-efficiency (above 15.5) polycrystalline silicon (above 16.5 monocrystalline silicon) solar cell packaging is used to ensure sufficient power generation of solar panels. Glass: Low-iron tempered suede glass, also known as white glass, has a thickness of 3.2mm in the wavelength range of 320-1100nm in the spectral response of the solar cell, a light transmittance of 91 or more, and a high reflectivity of infrared light greater than 1200nm. Glass can also resist the sun's ultraviolet radiation, and the light transmittance will not decrease. EVA: A high-quality EVA film layer with a thickness of 0.78mm is used, and anti-ultraviolet agents, antioxidants and curing agents are added as sealants for solar cells, as well as connecting agents with glass and TPT. It has high light transmittance and anti-aging ability.
TPT: The back cover of the solar cell-the fluoroplastic film is white, reflecting the sunlight, so it slightly improves the efficiency of the module, and because of its high infrared emissivity, it can also reduce the working temperature of the module. It is helpful to improve the efficiency of the module. Of course, this fluoroplastic film firstly meets the basic requirements of aging resistance, corrosion resistance, and air tightness required by solar cell packaging materials. Frame: Aluminum alloy frame with high strength and strong resistance to mechanical impact. Basic requirements such as air tightness. Standard test conditions for basic parameters: (AM1.5) Irradiance 1000W/m2 Battery temperature 25℃ Insulation voltage and voltage: ≥600V (100W or more ≥100V) Frame grounding resistance: ≤10hm Upwind pressure: 2400Pa Filling factor: 73% Short circuit Current temperature coefficient: 0.4mA/℃, open circuit voltage temperature coefficient: -60mV/℃, working temperature: -40℃~85℃, component wiring instructions, installation tools, M4 flat-blade screwdriver, Phillips screwdriver.
Open the junction box cover Insert an M4 flat-blade screwdriver into the mounting hole on the junction box cover according to the label on the junction box, and lift one foot slightly. In this way, first raise the four corners of the side and open the junction box to cover. There is a wiring cover in the box, and you can see three wiring terminals when you lift it up.
In 1849, the term "photovoltaic" appeared, meaning light energy generates electromotive force. In the 1950s, with the gradual understanding of the physical properties of semiconductors, Bell Labs in the United States discovered in 1954 that doping a certain amount of impurities in silicon would make it more sensitive to light, and produced the first solar energy for practical applications. Battery.
There are more positively charged holes, while N-type silicon has more negatively charged electrons. The relative diffusion and recombination of electrons and holes generates a built-in electric field from N-type silicon to P-type silicon at the contact surface of P-type and N-type silicon materials. When the incident sunlight is absorbed, the electrons generated by the built-in electric field will be moved to the N-type silicon by the electric field, and the holes will move to the P-type silicon and accumulate on both sides. If connected by wires, current will be generated.
