april fools: all of the miniature chocolate eggs have been substituted with grapes wrapped in the original foil

Anna was so pleased at the surprise treat from the servants. She was the castle’s official chocolate inspector, which was totally a thing. And the princess loved every moment of it. After all, she’d never met a piece of chocolate she didn’t like!

Picking one up and unwrapping it, the princess grinned and gleefully tried one. The delight she felt at getting to try the special treat immediately disappeared mere moments after she bit down. 

“Oh, bleh!” She spat, wiping her mouth as she spewed the chocolate grape out. “I --! Gross!” Why would the servants do this?! Was it some kind of --

She caught sight of a figure darting out into the hallway. A figure wearing a large brown jacket, brown boots, and who had brown hair. Suddenly, Anna knew it wasn’t the servants who had played this horrendous prank.

7.  how many hours of sleep does your muse get each night ?

It can depend ! Often, because Rapunzel is so ridiculously ACTIVE during the day that 7 - 8 hours come with ease. But other nights ( especially post-canon ) there is the occasional night that isn’t quite as straightforward. 

Sometimes she dreams of GOTHEL: horrifying distortions of her caretaker’s final moments. The sound of her scream. Often she feels the woman’s clawed hands claw at her wrists, giving away to dust. Other times, she dreams she is back in the drowned CAVE with Eugene. The water rises. She sings and sings and nothing happens. She reaches for a surface that won’t appear. Eugene slips from her grasp. 

On nights like these, she’s lucky to catch three or four hours before waking to busy herself around the castle and drown her fears with activity.

x.   does your muse snore ?     sleepwalk ?     sleeptalk ?

She would attest that she does none of the above. ( But she definitely snores a little bit. )

xi.   does your muse wake up easily in the morning ,  or is it a struggle ?

Quite easily ! Rapunzel is an early riser by habit, so even if the first few minutes of her waking hours are spent watching the sun rise or in quiet thought, it isn’t hard for her to find the motivation to resist falling back asleep.
