I don't talk about Solaura a lot let's talk about Solaura, she's an espeon.
She is a demigod immortal that has lived countless lives under numerous names but she only recalls her life as Solaura because a power hungry Uxie is scared of her as she is a godkiller.
That Uxie, Ayro, is ancient and responsible for not only dead gods and pantheons, but the broken state her world is currently in. And because of the cracks in the fabric of reality an ultra beast invasion had occurred. And like, what gods are there to stop it, surely all of them could have helped. Except Ayro did, y'know, kill most of them.
Anyways, in desperation he turned two mortals into demigods/godkillers. They had a passion for justice, could utilize all of their power to its full extent, and most importantly, loved eachother immensely. Solaura was one of them, we'll get back to the other shortly.
After having fought the war with ultrabeasts and paradox pokemon, Solaura wanted to be done with bloodshed as did her partner. Both were having nightmares of citizens lost on both sides of the war and of their own that they protected cowering in fear at their power. Now this is where Ayro being a Uxie comes into play.
Uxies, they always keep their eyes shut. it is said if they were to open, any who dared gaze into them would forget themselves entirely. Ayro lied and said he could let them remember everything but the war. Truth be told he wanted to satisfy his own curiosity. With Solaura, he did just that, at least to satisfy her partner into also agreeing to forget. Yet what he did to her, he wiped her memory completely. Not only all that she knew, but all that the world knew of her. Solaura's partner was doomed to wander forever, unable to know who she is or for others to remember her, even Ayro.
Ayro then struck Solaura's memory again, having her forget entirely the life of Deiek Maluk the godkiller. She became Vyla, powerful espeon who had stolen the heart of death. Yet death comes for all and knows all that pass, even memories that should not be. Yveltal Vylakol loved Vyla, but could not help but mourn her already lost love of whom no one else could remember. And as the time came to take Vyla to the afterlife, it was revealed she was still a demigod.
Uxie Ayro could not kill her, he had tried but it was impossible for him to kill something he had given more power then he could imagine. And so, as every hundred or so years would pass, he'd take her memories and let her lead a new life unknowing of just how strong she truly is.
And so she is Solaura, who had stolen the heart of the leafeon Vera. Who helps raise Vera's starborn son Resonook Sal Elok. Who saved Teron after Arceus Sarii cursed him. Who was the first friend of Storm Eye. Whose passion for justice has been reignited at the death of Sarii and anxiety of an empty throne is only drowned out by music.

sidenote: khoshekh knows a lot about the ultrabeast invasion and all the dealings of Ayro. The cult of the blind god exists for a reason. And Teron calls them a cult of heresy for it in good jest. Khoshekh is just a good character for any info on the world of Arkael tbh.
