     the one good thing about braving the whispering woods (even if she had them destroyed and the threat taken care of), was that it was such common ground between her and adora. it was almost as if she could just show up one day and see the latter walking by, unsuspecting of her other half.

     “what, you’ve lost your knack over there? you used to always be able to tell when i was around.” the sharpness in her voice was not hidden, a soft thud sounding behind the blonde as they came face to face. “how’s our little princess doing anyways? having fun? i’m sure the sunshine doing you good.”
