Um for the sleepover Friday crush description thing: one of my best friends. She's literally the cutest thing when she gets excited about her books and she has this lovely laugh that cheers me up when ever I hear it. And shes so pretty she reminds me everyday of how freaking gay I am but I can't tell her I like her because I'm not out yet

He is medium height, not too tall, but not too short. His caramelized skin is a fitting match to his chocolatey hair. His eyes are like amber still warm from the sun. His smile; oh that's the thing that's beyond words. His laugh sends me waves of chills and passion. And he himself... Every time I think of him I wonder... "Is he the one?"

I have a big ol' crush on this boy and have for the past 4 months. He's really sweet to me and says that I'm special but I've confessed to him before and he said he doesn't have any interest in dating. I've tried to suppress my feelings for him and move on but my feelings for him are just piling up and I don't want to ruin what we have now bUT I FEEL LIKE I'M GONNA EXPLODE.

awwhh hrm that's sad that he has no interest in dating but ofc it has to be respected. unrequited feelings are SO PAINFUL i definitely feel u there! D: just give it time friend - i once held on to unrequited feelings for YEARS before i was finally able to let them go after realizing more things about the person. it's really just one of those 'time will heal all' situations. maybe try putting your explodingness towards things like art or your hobbies!

my favorite things to draw are definitely figures! but specifically, figures who have a rlly distinct style or cuteness! my major art inspirations areee kelpls and burdge ofc! my other inspirations that are more random are here!

I like this guy, and we talk sometimes and we text sometimes, but how do I ask him out? He's really approachable and is not intimidating at all, but I feel so nervous to ask to hang out with him! Advice??

okay so there’s two routes u could take (that i can think of)! 1) 'hey, do you wanna hang out sometime?' this is kinda the safe route tbh. i’ve been asked to ‘hang out’ with guys a few times (a movie, coffee, etc), and it’s still unclear to this day whether those were ‘dates’ or not. SO if u wanna go this route, be sure to explicitly ask for a date later, when u two are more friendly (:

2) 'hey, so, you're really (insert good quality here, maybe ‘great’???? idk idk), and i was wondering if you wanted to go out sometime!’ obviously this is the bolder option and RLLY SCARY but it keeps ur meaning upfront and honest!

I've been drawing so many pixies/ fairies/ elves lately it's so bad. OTL Do you ever get in a rut where you only want to draw a really narrow subject matter? (Don't know how else to say that.)

THAT’S NOT BAD EMBRACE ITif u look thru my blog, like, 90% of my stuff is basic head shots. it’s rlly just what i like to draw right now! and HEY that’s okay! bc it means im getting a lot of practice with head shots! and uuuu will be the bangingest pixie/fairy/elf drawer IN THE LAND by the time u’re out of that rut. c:

I am falling in love. With the man who saved my life. Literally and spiritually. We're not that close of friends, but every time we're around each other, I am overcome with feelings. And- he almost seems like he is too. But, he's moving halfway across the country in less than a month. I want him to be happy, but at the same time, I feel like my heart is being torn from my chest. I owe him everything I am. I just wish I could find the words to tell him that before he leaves. I am in pain.

ugh friend that is horrible D: i have people that i love very much who live across the country, and it's very hard. 

in this situation, it might be best to tell him your feelings, because the usual risk of having unrequited feelings and yet still having to be around him isn't present. then, if your feelings are returned, you can keep contact through skype calls and things like that!

i know that things like distance seem very permanent, but really so few things in life actually are permanent. there's still hope for being together in person in the future, even if it doesn't seem like that atm!
