It's kinda sweet, even if rather out of the blue. Regardless, his arm comes around the hobbling boy so he can get a little break from his crutches and Dio, quite affectionately, for him at least, ruffles Kakyoin's hair. "Mmm? What was that for?"
Having his hair ruffled is always nice. He leans into Dio's touch for a moment before he heard him speak. Noriaki blushed a little, looking up at the man nervously. He didn't really know why he did it, it just seemed like something that he should do. The other has given him a place to stay after all.
