When I am looking at the past from a plural perspective I feel I lack a productive framework...It's hard to both understand and track personal growth and maturation as well as differentiating individual influences from what I do know and I feel I unconciously throw the baby out with the bath water at most (or just freeze). I'm not really sure what conclusion to draw but I think it will help me move forward with this habit into a more productive mindset so I am acknowledging this missing tool.

Been working on making some more positive life changes. It's been difficult and I honestly can't do too much because of circumstances but I want to make the best of my time.
