I'm so proud of you. Despite everything that has been thrown at you this year, you're fighting through it and making the best of an awful situation. Can you tell us more about the camera that you're using for your photography?

Oh! I was not anticipating this. But ye.

I’ve got a nice lil Fujifilm X-T30, in terms of the body. I love it so far, decently simplistic but as powerful as the X-T3, which has the same intense sensor and power as the X-T30 but just with more fancy features. The camera body itself is great, really sharp pictures though I’m still getting used to the exposure balances to use at different times - and it leaves a little to be desired when it comes to low-light shooting but still. Overall it’s great, does a lot that is still... a bit over my head, heh.

Admittedly, I’m still shooting with the kit lens lmao. The past three photosets have been shot with the 18-55mm f2.8-4 zoom lens. I’m still waiting for the prime lens I’ve got coming to get to the shop, hyped to experiment with that. But honestly? I love the kit lens, it’s versatile and gives me a lot of options, I just try and limit the options I use on it to certain times so I don’t get into the habit of being lazy and zooming for everything. But otherwise it’s lovely, good aperture control, though I haven’t done the subject-shooting to test out much in terms of bokeh, but I know it manages it nicely.
