Current WIPS
Hellooo!! As of now, the next chapter for Skywriter is pretty much complete (and if nothing gets in the way of that, it will be going up this Weekend) I have a few wips I can share however, both in terms of art and writing!!
Vivild and Vermith are both getting reference updates so starting with Vivild! There's not much that's going to change on him, outside of it being an aesthetic update but I wanted to bring out his bosmer heritage more (and his fringe is getting extended because I said so, shhhh 🤫)
The next is actually an animatic wip from the storyboard shown last week :) ft. my friend little guy, Kadota!! Just a little giffed snippet though (No one gets to know the audio until it's finished 😉)
The final is a snippet from two-part fic Civil Conversations, that takes place right after the escape from Helgen! Been meaning to complete this finally and I'm finally sitting myself down to do so LMAO (It's almost done I swear on it, and may go up sooner than the previously mentioned fic!!)
“A dragon? That's... ridiculous!” the blacksmith exclaimed. “You aren't drunk, are you boy?”
Vivild ground his teeth together at the comment, withholding the biting retort he had on the tip of his tongue about it. “We come back looking like we were mauled by wolves and smelling like someone’s horrible attempt at roasting a goat and the first thing one assumes is we’re drunk off our asses, please,” he muttered anyway, glaring at the injury he was dressing.
“What was that you were saying there?” he heard Alvor ask, Vivild deliberately looking away to preventing him from speaking the words he actually wanted to say.
“Nothing to worry about, uncle. Besides, I wouldn’t have believed it either, if I wasn’t there to see it with my own eyes,” Hadvar pointed out, the red-head finally finishing wrapping the injury and sitting away from the soldier. Hadvar gave him a grateful nod.
“The beasts of old… They haven’t been seen in centuries. It’s ludicrous for them to be back now!” the blacksmith continued. Yes, marvel in the absurdity of it all, this was most helpful, sir.
“Husband, let him tell his story.” the blacksmith’s wife cut in as she lay a hand on the blond man’s shoulder.

Current WIPS
So I'm... VERY late with this, mostly because of a few irl obstacles (Exhaustion took me out on Wednesday and then I was away on Thursday) but also because I didn't really... have much to show
Unfortunately I still don't have much artwork to share that I haven't shared before, as writing Skywriter has taken a complete hold of my mind recently. But I do have a couple things I can share that are relatively new!!!!
LONG WINDING INTRODUCTION out of the way, Here's the stuff!!
So have a little peek at a new OC I'm making (because thinking about Bosmer some time this week with my friend has led to me NEEDING one on my roster!! I miss them..... they are forever my favourite race since the first time I started playing YEARS ago, and it feels WRONG not to have an OC with them (i mean Vivild being part-Bosmer exists but I need m o r e)) She is ALMOST done in terms of design, I just want to play with the design of her clothing for a little longer
And, unfortunately, I have a crippling addiction to storyboarding so have an out of context wip to a NEW one I'm currently working on since last night :) featuring @drachniid's little guy 💖
Now Skywriter.... As of writing this, there are a grand total of three and a half scenes for this chapter left to complete and I'm guestimating that the next chapter for Skywriter will be going up exceptionally soon!! So I'll only be sharing a shortish snippet from that for now, ft. a different character that will be heavily featured in this :) (NOTE: I'm still in drafting mode so there's 100% going to be a lot more mistakes than there may end up being in the final product!!!)
But as she walked past the bridge she found herself quickly slowing down. Her ears twitched as she looked behind her again, eyes narrowing. Nothing out of the ordinary… and yet she couldn’t help but feel like she heard something−
Something brushed against Vermith’s side and her lips curled back into a snarl. She knocked her shoulder against whatever invisible obstruction had come into contact with her and hastily kicked a cloud of dirt up, hearing the yelp and seeing the shape of a hand covering a face where the dust had collided. She reached out and grabbed their arm, twisting it behind their back as she pressed her palm to their shoulder wings. The feeling of magic pulsed through her arm and out through her fingers as the transparency of who she was gripping onto fading into someone solid. The perpetrator wriggled under her hold but she didn’t relent as she pinched her fingers around his chin and forced him to look up at her.
“You shouldn’t be sticking your fingers where they don’t belong, boy,” the dunmer commented, watching the man’s eyes widen.
“You heard me?!”
“Having a potion of invisibility doesn’t mean you’re now as silent as a snake!” Vermith hissed as she pushed him back. A glint of amusement sparked in her gaze as she watched him search, giving a little whistle as she held up the knife she had pulled from his scabbard. “Missing something?”
“How did-”
“Because stealth isn’t created by simply making yourself vanish,” she smirked as she balanced the dagger on the tip of her finger, letting it tilt and fall into her hand.

The Immortals
To put it simply. There's. There's so much with them but my main focus is definitely these two pieces for them right now (Morthaloth as a whole had been circling my brain for a good couple or more weeks in a row and in that time I just kept on drawing her until I ran out of juice) So a little something in relation to her and Kadota's story + A warrior cats AU because the need to draw cats hit at one point
Skywriter chapter 3
My Skyrim OC fic (Can be found here)! For this chapter, the script is practically finished and two scenes have their first draft done!! But figured I'd share a little snippet from it for the fun of it all!
“Halt!!”
Vivild froze at the spear held to his throat, not even daring to breathe as he glanced to the bushes.
“You cannot pass here without paying the toll.”
The young voice took the man by surprise, but it was still enough to let him lower his guard, even if only a little, given the blade still held to his throat. His hands still up he smiled. “Oh my apologies, I never even realised there is one,” as he spoke he let his eyes wonder, seeing the smallish figure peeking out from behind the trees just out of the corner of his peripheral.
“Well there is! So you better pay up if you want your head!!”
“And how much would that toll be, hm?”
“It’s…” a pause, and as the spear pulled away he looked over, seeing the thoughtful tapping of a hand on the little girl’s chin, “it’s 500 septims!!”
Vivild sucked in a breath, giving her his most convincing grimace. “Oh my, that’s quite the high toll, I don’t even know if I have that much on me, ma’am.”
His words were met with a huff. “Ugh fine then!! You can just pay…. 50 septims! I’m sure you have at least that much!”

Storyboard

Vermith Fandas
Born and raised in the Imperial City by her father, Mertthe (her mother passed away when she was still very young). She doesn't remember her mother at all, but a part of her still misses her
She was 8 when Vivild first entered their lives but that hardly mattered to her. Though younger than Vivild but still calls him the “little brother” all the same, as she feels more entitled to the title than him. Screw age, she knows more than he does thereby that makes her the bigger sibling.
Over time, her relationship with father grew more tense as one choice Mertthe made involving Vivild was something she found herself less agreeable to. The only reason she kept the farce up was to keep the peace between herself and her family. She began fighting with her father a lot when they were alone, and out of sheer guilt of being complicit of his actions, she started avoiding Vivild as well, their friendship eroding quickly.
She grew up choosing to hang with the Thieving guild in the city, as it was the one place she knew she could fully avoid her family and have the space to breathe and be herself
When her and Vivild set out to travel the realms, the Ambush on Skyrim's border felt like a miracle for her and she was able to flee, leaving Vivild behind in the aftermath
She fled to Riften, where Brynjolf ended up taking an interest in her and took her under his guild's wing with a little compromise: That she'd help him find newer recruits
Later joins the Dark Brotherhood after they show intrigue of her stealing their kill
Very solitary. She doesn't mind company but prefers the quiet above all else. She keeps her close circle fairly small and rarely branches out.
Doesn't have a lot of friends, but Brynjolf could potentially be one of the few she considers as such
She doesn’t question morals much and tends to just do whatever benefits her more.
Dual-handed wielder but would often favour the bow as well
Doesn't know a lot of spells but perhaps that might change in the near future
Hypertropia strabismus in her left eye, she often struggles with aim and deals with a chronic headaches
Alongside her brother, Vivild, she will also be taking on an important role in my ongoing Skyrim fic, Skywriter.
