Hi, I am making a healing and protection amulet for someone who has been getting into a lot of silly accidents lately and falling sick due to common chronic illnesses.

I have drawn the 2nd pentacle of Mars and scribed Psalm 23 behind it. I'll also read Psalms 41 and 147 on it while consecrating the pentacle.

What else can I do to make the amulet as potent and effective as possible? Can I add charged citrine or rosemary as well? Your suggestions would be appreciated.

So the second pentacle of Mars is used in a way in which the person places it over their affliction. I wouldn't say it is to be worn, however, it may also work in general. I have never tried it. Personally I would use the pentacle for general health by placing a glass of water over the pentacle overnight and allowing it to charge that way and drinking the water in the morning. Although if the talisman is made out of paper, this could be a little risky.

I'm not sure you can magically ward off accidents, however, you could focus on crystals that specifically boost awareness. I am by no means an expert on crystals, so I will leave it to you to find such a solution. Have them carry that. You could also make the sixth pentacle of Jupiter and have them recite the verse around the talisman each day before carrying it to protect them from 'all earthly danger'.

In terms of chronic illness, you can also encourage energy work. Be that through the chakras, inner heat, middle pillar, reiki. It doesn't particularly matter, simply getting their energy system flowing and cycling around their body may help in the long term.

Solomonic Pentacles: Experiment 1:

Chalkboard Anatomy:

Pentacle, translated prayer, and biblical origin

Jupiter:

Using the pentacles and color of Jupiter (blue/purple), I used Jupiter energy to attract honor, glory and riches. (To attract/reach an audience that supports and respects my passions. “What is meant for me is mine.”)

Mercury:

Using the pentacles and color of Mercury (orange, mixed colors), I used Mercurial energy to open my roads and clear my paths so success, honor & glory can come into my life with ease. Also to make communicating easier (online or in person).

Process:

I worked this on the day of Jupiter (Thursday) in the hours of Mercury and Jupiter— alternately flipping the chalk board depending on the planet I was working with. Under the central burning candles I placed the paper pentacles of Mercury & spoke my intentions over the flame while visualizing the success I desired. I used stones/crystals and herbs connected to Jupiter, success, money, opportunity, mental clarity, focus, practicality and energy.

(I didn’t entirely take it into account but this would be best done during a waxing/full moon. I think I did this during the waning/new moon, focusing on removing obstacles around finances & careers.)

experiment with the sixth pentacle of saturn.

About four months ago give or take after some intense anger with someone i made the sixth pentacle of saturn, began the rite by prayer before any operation in the crossed keys enchiridion, the prayer of that day of the week, and the set of prayers listed before the weekly prayers. hacing done that blessed it with incense and the recitation of its associated psalm appropriate number of times and a sacrifice of my own blood. now the sixth of saturn is designed to cause people to become possessed, and if youre someone who grew up on trashy horror movies you can have a very specific idea of possession-foolishly i assumed that it would immeiately cause the person i was cursing to go the way of reagan, and of course i was dismayed when that did not immediately happen. however it DID work, i just didnt see the forest through the trees because i expected something unrealistic to happen. from what i gather using this pentacle is sort of a continuous attack, i kept reciting the name of my enemy and the section of its psalm "set thou a wicked one etc." it's like a building illness it takes a while i guess to take proper effect. my enemy began after several weeks of me using it complaining that things were moving in their room, consistently. and that they were feeling like they were being watched and could hear things talking in there- along with horrific bad dreams. this corresponds to the first level of possesion, which is infestation. now it is worth noting that my enemy is a hard drug user, that said... as i continued cursing off and on with the sixth their drug habits actually got increasingly worse, and they began to have absurd paranoid delusions, and with that they picked up a strange habit-coming from a mexican family its not uncommon to have rosary beads hanging in the rear view mirror. they destroyed every one of them. they would continuously steal or buy new beads and then, break them apart and bend the metal crucifix or break off the jesus from his cross if able. after having kicked them out we found that they hand smeared clothing and walls with urine and shit, and even collected large pitchers of their own urine. the holy relics in their room were again defaced, including a set of pink rosary beads hanging off the wall and smeared with something a portrait of jesus with a lamb chipped at and being destroyed by oils and bodily fluids. and images of the buddha profaned with a pair of dirty cum and other fluids crusted underwear. as well as cigarettes in the other. their room, which is near the center of the home and on the bottom floor has no windows-it gets hot in there naturally, but good god the temperature in there has gotten bizarre, it gets so hot in there its impossible to sleep right now without a fan. could be global warming, could be malignant spirits infesting it still. por que no los dose i suppose? TLDR; i used the sixth of saturn and continuously using it got my enemy obsessed effectively. gonna write a seperate post detailing how to and basic progression when i used it.

My Second Pentacle: A Talisman for the Fifth Pentacle of the Moon

I got home today just in the nick of time to start on a pentacle of the moon, with a few minutes to spare before the lunar hour ended, so I sat down, found a grey marker, used the same blue paper, and got to work. I used passionflower and poppies as lunar flowers and added nine pennies to it as payment of sentiment to the entities it invokes. I had a few different pentacles to choose from but none of them seemed relevant except for this one. I am SO HYPED for divination by dreams tonight.

Notes:

-While the pentacle is still very much quite messing (that hand tho), I actually did a lot better and even the hand looks passable for my art skills, tbh. I’m proud but gotta work on that more.

-I need to better train my voice to reach out and speak with confidence and authority. I like the psalm reading part, but one struggle there is that I keep messing them up while reading them. I know it still works, but I gotta get better at reading them well.

-I can often feel magic or “shifts” in my experience, and while reading the psalms, I definitely feel it. At psalm 72, it starts to get higher/stronger and amp up? 134 definitely feels like it’s peak. Almost orgasmic, tbh.

-I forgot to sigilize on the same paper as the pentacle, but then, I did on another virgin paper of the same kind. Four sigils, one in each corner, then folded four times once charged. Charged it with the breath of fire. HOT DAMN. And wrapped the pentacle’s paper in that sigil paper. Along with the lunar plants.

-I read the first paragraph of the Gospel of John after putting everything in, due to its association with the power of the word, as well as personal sentiments, and then, recited the Orphic hymn to the moon. Between both, I said something like “And now, with those words, for the invocation of the ____, that is a holy emanation.”

Seriously guys, I’m excited for those dreams to come. My last note is that... I think I need to feed it a little more? Light a candle a bit, really, rather than physical sustenance, but I’ll see. Hopefully it’s at least as successful as my last pentacle, which I think I made progress from. If any of you guys are curious how to make these, read the Greater Key of Solomon on Esoteric Archives  (it’s seriously pretty great), and here are some sparknotes of the process.

Oh yeah, and these pentacles are fucking UNDERRATED. Considering that a lot of this is basic correspondences and logic and such, I can so mess around and play with this to my tastes in the future. Good tech.
