Don’t buy from solution-lens.com

Hi!

I have left this blog, though I plan on updating from time to time (I don’t have this dream to be internet famous anymore, and to be cute online, haha).

This one is just in case you’re looking for a review of solution-lens.com

I do not recommend buying from them anymore! What happened, you might ask? Well, I made my past reviews hoping for a free pair of lenses, as they advertise and promise for all the reviews (that have all the requisites). I wrote to them about my review, and received an answer that it was incomplete. I was never told how to complete my review - even more, I had everything the site asked. So well, I supposed they were not going to send me the free pair they promissed and forgot about it.

Then, about a year later, a friend told me they saw my review on solution-lens.com. Without any links, any credits, or any permission. I contacted them on this, and they said they don’t need permission for reposting (not even linking) reviews on their site. If we didn’t want them reposted we shouldn’t send them in. And also that they were not going to send me any free pair because it was incomplete.

Sooo... they deemed my review as incomplete, but they reposted it anyway? For no gain for me, and a lot of free propaganda of them? And then answered rudely to one of their customers? Sorry, but I won’t buy from you anymore. I don’t recommend this kind of service to anyone. Aaand I’ll keep on bugging you until you take my review down <3

TL;DR:

Solution-lens.com:

Quality of lenses: regular to good, as any vassen lenses.

Quality of store: poor.

Quality of customer service: worst. Rude and untrustworthy.

Opening the package ♥

First, let’s take a look at the package that arrived home!

Ooh, pretty big. So what is inside there?

Nice! A lot of bubble wrap and a cute gift pen.

I really love it, it’s the cutest.

After a lot of bubble-unwraping, there are the lenses! And care instructions, of course. Love the little package where they come in, you can reuse it to store whatever you want later and it keeps your lenses safe on the travel (along with the wrap).

Aaand these are the contents of the little package! The earrings and lens cases were gifted ♥ there is even a cute Rilakkuma one!

question about contacts if anyone can help me

i’ve only ever worn 2 pairs of contacts and had drastically different experiences with them, one pair felt absolutely horrible, like they were too tight and slicing into my eyeballs around the edges. then the other felt perfectly fine, fit the curve of my eyes and i could wear them for hours

but they were both labelled as 15mm in diameter with base curves of 8.6 and i can’t figure out what would have been different about them

the painful pair came from youknowit . com and the comfortable one from solution-lens . com 

has anyone else had this problem? or does anyone know how i can tell if lenses will hurt before i order them?
