A Solver Virus AU eldritch J I sketched up on a whim

In this AU technically eldritch J doesn’t exist because that’s not how the disassembly virus works, but if she did she’d look something like this. Anything that looks plated is exterior bone growth, the rest is thin skin stretched over dense muscle.

Vampires can dislocate their wings on command; they don’t have a lot of nerves in them so it’s not as painful of a process as you’d think.  Their longer forearm is mainly made of two long interlocking bones that pop apart and slot in beside eachother when muscle tension held by the main arm is broken while dislocated.

This breaking down of the wing into segments allows the limb to be compacted and folded into a narrow pocket of skin on a vampire’s back.  Having a large pair of limbs that can be functionally turned on and off by the body lets a vampire fit into tighter spaces to chase down prey and conserve energy that would otherwise be needed to power large unwieldy limbs.

Cyn was illegally sold far younger than BMMs are allowed to be purchased — not having gone through any proper training and having no experience handling any kind of job.  Suffice to say, the people who were tricked into purchasing her quickly realized their mistake, shot her in the chest several times to ‘put her down’, and threw her in a biological dump. She was saved by Tessa and given very simple tasks to do in the manor where she lived.  Cyn chose her own name unlike the others who were given names by Tessa (as they were trained to do, while Cyn was not).

Unfortunately, while in the dump Cyn was infected with the solver virus, and later became the first sapient being to learn to control the abilities it gave her.  Some say it was her need for vengeance that drove her to become obsessed with the virus’ strange nature, others say she had simply found her ‘calling’ working with it.  At some point the disease consumed and nearly killed her, turning her into LBW (living biohazard waste).  However, she managed to survive the deconstruction of her body — and with the change gained even more abilities.

Shortly after this transformation, she believed herself to be something above humans and BMMs alike and went on to kill, consume, and infect others just like the virus itself.

Get petted idiots >:]

V won’t ask for pets, but she will sit or stand around with her preferred petting spots exposed and give you a very intense side eye. If you ask her what’s up she’ll deny anything, but her tail wagging will give her away. She practically turns to jello and collapses to the floor while being pet.

J will avoid being pet and yells at anyone who isn’t approved by her to be allowed to pet her. However, if you manage to hit a sweet spot before she gets fed up with it, she’ll sit or lay there for hours just enjoying the feeling. She’ll get angry if you stop before she’s satisfied, though.

Rushed to make some small references for the prosthetics J and N have in the manor for the Solver Virus AU after all the yapping I did last night and this morning about them

Doll had a very rough childhood being the target of bullying for years and the quietest girl in class.  She found solace from it with her family and extended family, which included her ‘aunt’ Nori and her family.  Uzi was Doll’s only friend through childhood.  They were close-knit and often copied things the other did; their bond only grew stronger when Nori died.  However, once Doll's parents were killed she cut all connections with Uzi and her father.  At first it was because she felt like a pity case and their presence reminded her too strongly of the family she lost, but once the virus she inherited started to become active she hid herself away from everyone.

By some ironic and strange twist of fate, Doll’s developing solver and cannibalistic tendencies piqued Lizzy’s interest — the queen bee of her former group of bullies — after nearly being murdered and eaten by Doll.  They shockingly shared several common interests, became fast friends, and later grew to become girlfriends.
