I’ve never finished a quarter of these games.

Above are the games I own for the Xbox 360 and Wii. All of them except one are from already successful franchises: 2 from movies, 1 from LEGO, 3 of them are Mario related, the rest are either a 2,3, or 4 game in a series. If you reference my post with the Xbox One, all of those games are from already successful franchises as well. Fallout 4 is in a series, Rare Replay is a reboot of games made for earlier consoles, Doom is a reboot of a previous Doom game, and Assassin’s Creed is in a series. Some games I felt compelled to buy to continue the story from previous games (mainly the AC games) and for these, playing them became a chore. I had already bought into the series and felt guilty for not keeping up with their fabricated worlds. The outcome of these stories had no  effect on the quality of my life and yet they affected my life; the promise of a good story kept me buying them.

Steam Winter Sale!!

What is better than a Steam Sale? Trick question, there is nothing better than a Steam sale!!!

Luckily for me I did get a set of Turtle Beach Recon 60p headphones and a steam card. So I was ready for Valve this time around. I picked up Keep talking and nobody explodes, roller coaster tycoon 3 platinum, Brothers: A tale of two sons, Rogue Legacy, and Transistor. 

Thank you steam, now my virtual life will be much better and entertaining than my real one.
