A new writer experience

I worked for two months straight on my McDanno AU „Skilled Hands“. I have almost reached the closing line, editing my last chapter. I‘ve spent hours, weeks with Steve and Danny in my AU universe. I cursed a lot, I felt devastated, high like on drugs and overly excited. I created a world for them. My story comes to an end and I‘m almost ready to post the first chapter....

And this odd thing happens.

I‘m getting sad, nostalgic and I don’t want to end it. I don’t want to leave this mental space. And there is this hesitation to let go and open up, to leave this intimate place behind, where the guys and myself were alone for so long...

*sighs*

Never happened before. I want to share my story, can‘t wait actually, but it feels really funny.

On a less hilarious note, I really do feel bad for JB right now.

Like... full-time elder care?  Is not an easy job.  

It’s hard and it’s draining and have to slog through it alone?  Sucks.

I feel bad for JB.
