Man I signed up for this fic art double bang thing that Centers around Dick Grayson and I AM SO STOKED. Like my mind is on fire again! And I ADORE the artists I am paired up with - their prompts sent me to another fucking dimension I s2g!

I signed up for two fics - 10k words each. Some people think I’m crazy but I am a very, very dense writer. I’m used to writing single chapters in a multi chapter fic that go beyond 10k words. When I’m truly inspired, as I am for these, 10k is a one night endeavour lol.

These will be my first contributions to this fandom and I’m nervous. But since I know these are ideas I love, I know my best work will be put into them. I already have plotted out the entirety of one - just writing through the outline (10 chapters I think?). The second one has a vague plot and lots and lots and lots of random scenes. I just have to string it all together and decide how I want to go about this.

also I'm annoyed that my precious bb william didn't get any lines in today's ep - or if he did I missed them. I would have liked to see oliver and felicity actually consult william about getting married if they weren't going to invite him. and like it's clear the green arrow is going out at night and is being seen so tbh I don't think william is buying ollie's "I'm not ga anymore" bullshit. and like I think it's sloppy writing for ollie to be talking about trust when he's lying to his son.

the only thing stronger than eridan and sollux's ill-advised hate 4 each other is their dogged adoration and devotion to karkat, who despairs of them both but wouldn't have them any other way. jade and karkat help pioneer the field of safe intergalactic transport. john and vriska are pretty much cut off from the rest of everyone else and no one bothers with them anymore. uwu

he breaks up an argument by kissing them both on the snout after serving them breakfast and they just swoon. karkat is jade’s sexy assistant who mostly yells at things and chews on all of her pens. sometimes the humans talk to john bc it’s hard not to talk to a kid you saved the multiverse with but they moslty keep away.
