Honestly, from interactions that I have had, most people try to hide it with their eyes
I don't want to imagine a perfect trying to wear the NCR uniform (the male one because obviously there are no female ones) And have problems with buttoned shirts (I personally can't wear something very buttoned because it doesn't close on me, that's why I prefer more open blouses) xD)

They are looking respectively 👀 every time the shirt starts stretching at the buttons cause of the titty, they're taking quick peeks cause they can see the cleavage. It's annoying for us boob havers cause we can never wear our shirts the way we want too….but they can see a sneak slip of the bra underneath and aren't complaining here.
