When I'm upset/stressed out/insecure about something, I usually think of how the Winx or Specialists would think of the situation. Either that, or I'd like to imagine a mental conversation with them.

For example, I'm unsure about a new style that I'm trying out? Stella would love the boldness of trying new things and would appriciate the outfit.

Stressed out with schoolwork? Flora would comfort and tell me things were going to be fine.

Nervous before singing in front of a group? Musa would be there to remind me of the hard work and practice that I put into what I was about to present.

Just feeling frustrated about something? Riven would be there to ask what's up.

Honestly, it sounds sort of childish, but it works wonders for me! These are only some of the more common examples for me. Whenever I imagine Stella telling me positive things about my outfit, it honestly makes me more confdant about them. When I'm stressed out, 'Flora's' words are usually a breath of fresh air. While it isn't always good to keep things in, for many situations it can be a great way to reevaluate your situation in a third person.
