RIP
Sinner doesn't remember dying, they only remember the warmth from their body disappearing as though a strong wind blew through them and stole it away, replacing it with an empty coldness.
Sinner doesn't remember their face, their name, the color of their eyes, the taste of fresh air, nor how long they have been trying to crawl their way out of hell.
They can't remember anything other than that they have sinned greatly and have committed crimes in their eye of their God.
So, they try and try and try, again and again and again - to prove to their God that they are worthy of their God's love, of ascending into heaven and leaving this rotten hell.
But, when they met Guest and Expendable, that warmth returned.
The warmth that they have been craving.
It exploded within them whenever Guest would hold their head in his hands, or took theirs in his, fingers intertwined. Sinner was almost embarrassed with how badly they craved more, even with Expendables more causal form of touching - an arm around the waist or shoulders, ruffling Sinner's hair, forcing it from its usually slick back state.
Would Sinner's God still love them if they found warmth and happiness within something that is not it?
As long as Sinner is with Guest and Expendable, they are unsure if they care much about their God's praise - not when it comes so easily from his friend's mouths.
They wished someone would tell them the truth, if they are a horrible person, worthy to stay in hell forever, or if they are a good person, one that deserves happiness, like the type their friends bring them.
