Do you write in a journal? Using a journal helps me process my thoughts because I write in my journal like I'm speaking with someone. It helps me feel like I'm actually having a conversation with someone instead of writing in a book. My thoughts tend to flow easier. So that you know, the journal doesn't talk back. 😂 It's merely a process for me that works because I like talking it out versus dumping a bunch of thoughts on paper. Writing in my journal has saved me from a few times from saying things that didn't need to be said. Do you write in a journal? Before starting my new job, I wanted to treat myself to a movie. I decided to see @ifeelprettyfilm @ifeelpretty. I immediately formed a connection with Amy Schumer's character Renee. Having dealt with confidence and insecurity issues my entire life, I cried within the first 20 minutes of the movie. Without telling the film, there is a scene where she stands in front of the mirror in her spanks and bra. It's a moment where anyone that has dealt with body issues can relate to, and immediately transport themselves into Renee's shoes. There is also another scene where she "breaks" the spell and no longer believes she's pretty, which leads to a series of events. The scene that touched me the most was the part with her BF. Let's just say I've been there. I still deal with it today. Since it's a movie things worked in her favor, but in the real world, it probably would have ended differently. Have you watched the movie?
