I've been wondering for a long time why the mixed nuts we buy have "two different almonds"... And literally just now realized some are just blanched. Like... Esther, are you for real? Lol. For anybody else that has ditzy tendencies like me: the skins just get rubbed off from processing. They are the same almond. 😅😂 #almonds #sometimesdumb #laughingatmyself #ohboy
