DOtU promo swag, y’all! A bigass yellow rain poncho, a backpack, a Soundgarden hackeysack, a postcard that is also an awkwardly sized sticker, a calling card, random BMF earplugs (leftovers, perhaps?), a sticker meant to go on the inside of a window, and a Soundgarden Down On the Upside first aid kit. The first aid kit includes six sunscreen towelettes (which, as a ginger, I appreciated the gesture, but never used, because SPF4?? Seriously? I know I was obnoxious, but were you actually TRYING to kill me at that point, @themattcameron ?), one antiseptic lotion packet, three bandaids (ha.), one wet wipe, one large insect repellent wipe, and one packet of Bayer aspirin (expiration date: February 1998). Fun stuff! I wish this kind of promo swag was still a thing.

I also added a (blurry) photo of my husband (fiancé at the time) standing in front of my DOtU subway poster. Because nostalgia. Make no mistake, people. He knew what he was marrying.
