Let me start by saying that I love SLY so much that I literally reread it every chance I get. It's like the love story I never had. I'm an avid reader and honestly, I've found few things I like as much as SLY. I used to not like Adele, but now I'm her biggest fan. So, since people are mentioning fanfics, I'd say Sideways is one of my favorites. There's also this (sadly) unfinished one, Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered, that is the one thing I feel comes close to SLY in perfection.

Thank you! I did read Sideways by ChrisColferLove, and I enjoyed it. I'm fascinated by stories in which one character is discovering or coming to terms with their sexuality while in a sexual relationship.
I don't know the other story, but have liked other stories by that author (colfershands/admiller), and I will add it to my ever-expanding list.
