This BMW F80 M3 is an odd blend of stealthy looks and custom work that was meant to make it stand out from a crowd. Imagined and designed by the folks at Sonic MS, this BMW M3 shows off an OEM Mineral Gray look, along with the shop’s full PSM Dynamic carbon fiber aero-kit.
The aesthetics have been seriously improved thanks to a new front lip spoiler, side skirts, rear aero diffuser and a rear decklid spoiler. The full matte black wrap seems to add to the overall menacing vibe of the vehicle, with a set of BBS FI-R forged alloys, worth $8,000, shining through the darkness and bragging about Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 rubber.
The BBS wheels are hiding a set of Brembo GT Type III brakes, a wise choice considering that this type of vehicles were meant to tear it up at the track. Also worth mentioning is the suspension upgrade, including KW Clubsport two-way coilovers, thus improving the M3’s driving dynamics
Sonic MS also went for some power upgrades, by adding an Akrapovic Evolution exhaust system, along with a VF Engineering Hex Stage 2 tuning software. As a result, the BMW’s 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo engine boasts more ponies and torque. All the while, inside the cabin the driver is kept safe and comfortable, thanks to the BMW M Performance seats and the GTS Steering wheel. Have fun!

Even if the unpredictable Californian weather decided to bring out drizzle and rain, there were enough cars to fill up the Edgies Billiards parking lot and neighboring streets. (more…)
