ive been on tumblr for two years and have been watching doctor who and sherlock for so much longer and only now, on the 4th of march 2013 do i realise that the doctor and sherlock are fictional characters... why did no one point this out to me like what???????? like it was pretty obvious with harry potter and the hunger games because they were like books and granted that sherlock was too but it just completely flew past my head that they arent real and now i'm so sad because what if i need a doctor and a consulting detective to save me????? ugh this is so not fairwejhfrbgkjenrogjnerjgn

you know what really pisses me off
I fucking hate when people put such emphasis on AP or IB classes in high school. They put so much pressure on themselves and their kids and like fucking hell, IT'S NOT THAT SERIOUS YOU GUYS. IT'S JUST HIGH SCHOOL. Lots of schools don't even accept the credit so WHAT DOES IT MATTER? I mean honestly IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT CLASS YOU ARE IN, WHAT MATTERS IS THE GRADE. Getting a 100 in a CP class or an honors class is WAAAAAY better than getting a seventy fucking four in an AP class, so seriously whAT THE ACTUAL FUCK DOES IT MATTER. WHY ARE YOU GIVING YOURSELF SO MUCH MORE WORK AND PRESSURE WHEN YOU COULD BE OUT DOING THINGS? high school is the ONE time in your life when you don't have to take everything so fucking seriously. when you can be ridiculous and not do your homework and not worry about wasting money on a class because you don't have to pay for it. I just HATE that so many people put emphasis on the level of the class. I have asked the admissions people at school whether AP classes or Gifted classes make a difference and you know what they said? "Not really." MY COUSIN HAD LIKE THIRTY CAJILLION AP CREDITS AND YALE WOULDN'T ACCEPT THEM SO SHE HAD TO TAKE THE CLASSES AGAIN! And some of these kids I know are like brainwashed into thinking that they need to challenge themselves in college their FIRST SEMESTER and I'm just like NO YOU'RE GOING TO FUCKING FAIL OUT TAKING BIO CHEM AND CLASSES YOU'RE NOT READY FOR AND IF YOU DON'T FAIL OUT YOU'RE GOING TO BURN OUT AND HAVE NO ENERGY WHATSOEVER.
