Personally Nyx enjoys rainy days. They remind him of home, especially on his days off. Spending the day in the park with Libertus is always a good way to relax, alas Libertus left a while ago in favor of getting drinks with Crowe, leaving him alone. It would seem though, that he wasn’t to remain alone, as he sees the Prince running by, trying to escape the rain. It’s amusing, if only for a moment before the lightning flashes and the Prince freezes. 

He trots over, not so fast as to alarm him, but quick enough that no time is wasted. “Highness!” he calls out as he approaches. He places a gentle hand on his shoulder, “Is everything alright?”

Carving Pumpkins

Noctis made sure that he got the very best one. That’s what Ignis always taught him when pumpkin carving. He was starting at the tools trying to figure out what to do. He looked over to the other. “Should we draw faces on it first?”

When the crown family does a publicity event it’s not something that Dez is keen on skipping. He takes his camera, as well as the portable stand, and goes to enjoy the event. There’s apple cider, pumpkin products of all sorts, and even best- good content. He’s not sure how he lucked out to sit next to the prince, but he did.

“That’s probably for the best, ‘specially if you’re as unartistic as I am.”

Finally, he was done with guard duty. Being moved to the wall was something, but not fun. Still, could be worse. As he packs up his things and puts his glasses on, he sighs and leaves the area to walk home. It was something, far quieter at here than at the Castle, but since the Prince moved out for some time, eh... 

Raising his wrist, he stares at the time. Should get back home before it gets too late, but he has to buy some things first...

Dari’rin couldn’t believe her bad luck. She was traveling to her bakery, her uniform in tow and prepared to discuss fiscal business. It wasn’t something she enjoyed, but was asked to report to the shop from time to time to check on things.  As she was walking, a large, glittering crystal caught her attention. It appeared hovering in front of her, shining with light hues of green and blue. It sparked in the sun, yet no one seemed to pay it any attention.  “W-What is that...” She wondered, nervously approaching it. As she got close enough to touch it, a bright light engulfed her. Within seconds, she was transitioned to a different world. As she landed with a soft thud, she lost consciousness.  Dari’rin was not aware of the time that past by. Was she out for hours? Days? Seconds? And where in Eorzea was she?!  As she began to blink herself to consciousness, she began to feel a familiar feeling in her stomach. Immediately she hopped up from her resting spot and began search nervously.  “A-Ah Where am I? T-this isn’t my home?!” A few onlookers began to mutter around her. She has never met these people before and was becoming terrified. Her ears flattened against her head and her tail curled up.

Emily could feel her heart breaking at his words. He remembered Ignis though. She had a moment of relief before calling the advisor.

“Iggy? I found him, you and Gladio get here now.” She hung up and looked at Noctis, letting her features soften as she tried to figure out how to keep him near.

“My name is Emily, I know Ignis. He’s on his way.” She took a deep breath. Who could’ve done this? He had been missing for weeks and no one knew what happened but, he had holes in his memory. Just, how bad was it? She turned her head as she heard brakes screeching. The advisor damn near jumped out of the car and ran towards the two.

“Noct!” He called his charge’s name out before hesitating to hug him. He gave Emily a look of concern. “Noct, what do you remember?” He asked instead, trying to keep his cool. He was just relieved to have found the prince.

“Well, that’s the thing. I haven’t been able to tell if I can or cannot trust you.” The woman said running her fingers through her hair, she didn’t know too much about him. Just that he was out on a trip with his friends to marry a girl and that was it.
