My fave #campfire side dish: roasted herbed potatoes! Take a few baby red or yellow potatoes (or both), coat in EVOO and your favorite spice - today I’m using the #sonomaspice mix I got from @theallspicery when we were in Sacramento - wrap in lots of foil and cook over a hot fire for about 45 minutes to an hour.
